• After you have found your location, select ‘Height’ from ‘Products’ on the left hand side menu. Then click 'Detailed height data'.
NB You can also add height data to an existing map eg OS Mastermap. After you've selected your product, click on Add Aerial/Height? in the grey 'Your Selected Products' box. This will bring up both the Aerial Imagery and Height Data products for your selected area. Simply choose the product you require.
• You will then be asked to ‘Define your area’. Select either print size or ground coverage, to show the pink box on screen of the area you require.
This will then bring up the full list of suppliers, resolution and price. You can then select the data you require, by ticking the relevant box. For details about our height data products Click here.
NB Not all areas of the UK will have 100% coverage.
• After you click 'Order Now!', then choose your required format of height data from the drop down menu.
• Please note this defaults to ASCII Grid, but the most common used are Contours-DXF files for CAD/GIS (.DXF). See full technical details on format types here.
